Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our members of our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional multitasking abilities and a strong attention to detail, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This role requires a blend of administrative experience, personal assistant skills, and the ability to manage various projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. This role will be either in person in the Denver area or can be remote if in the Southwest Washington/Portland area with required in person meetings as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide administrative assistance to assigned personnel including calendar management, meeting coordination travel arrangements and expense reports;
- Support with meeting preparation as needed including identifying and disseminating meeting materials, as needed.
- Attend meetings, take detailed notes and identify follow-ups.
- Support project coordination efforts by tracking progress and deadlines.

Serve as point of contact with internal/external stakeholders, as needed.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, exercise independent judgment, prioritize work and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision;
- Attention to detail;
- Effective verbal and written communication skills;
- Interpersonal skills that include a teamwork attitude with a focus on meeting the company needs while striving for an enjoyable work environment for all FEP staff;
- Ability to work full-time in the Denver office or remote if located in the Southwest Washington/Portland area.
Education/Experience
- Associates degree or business / office administration and / or equivalent experience;
- Demonstrated ability to work with Microsoft Office products such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel;

At least 5 years working in an office environment performing similar functions.
Compensation Range
The estimated compensation range for this position is $60,000 – $80,000 year for a full-time, exempt position. FEP takes into consideration a candidate’s education, training, and experience, as well as the employee’s work location.
