Wildfire Meteorologist

We are seeking an experienced Wildfire Meteorologist to define fire weather conditions and integrate comprehensive weather data into our wildfire risk assessment models. This individual will work with large gridded historical datasets, integrate real-time weather data, and assist in generating simulation model inputs for wildfire risk assessments.

Compensation Range

The estimated compensation range for this position is $95,000 to $150,000 year for a full-time, exempt position.  FEP takes into consideration a candidate’s education, training, and experience.
